Kleer and Membersy

Kleer and Membersy has acquired Plock for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings Plock’s subscription and usage-based billing platform under the ownership of the dental technology group, which operates a suite of software for dental practices and their patients. Plock will continue to operate as a distinct product line within the combined organization.

Plock provides B2B SaaS companies with tools to manage recurring revenue streams, including fixed-fee subscriptions and usage-based pricing. Its platform automates billing and invoicing by drawing on real-time product usage data, and it integrates with HubSpot to streamline the handoff from sales to finance. The software also offers analytics on customer adoption patterns, which helps clients identify upsell opportunities and early signs of churn. Kleer and Membersy, for its part, builds and manages payment and patient engagement software for dental practices, with a focus on membership plans and patient financing.

The acquisition is strategic for Kleer and Membersy because it extends its capabilities beyond the dental vertical into broader B2B SaaS infrastructure. Plock’s billing and usage analytics tools complement the group’s existing payment processing expertise, allowing it to offer a more complete revenue management stack to its current customers while also opening a new market segment. For Plock, joining a larger organization provides access to a wider distribution network and operational resources that could accelerate product development.

The combined entity will integrate Plock’s billing engine with Kleer and Membersy’s payment systems, aiming to reduce friction for SaaS clients that need both subscription management and payment processing. The group also plans to cross-sell Plock’s analytics features to its dental practice customers, though specific product roadmaps have not been disclosed. No changes to Plock’s existing customer contracts or support structures have been announced. The acquisition is expected to close in the coming months, subject to customary closing conditions.
